| | Knee pain is pretty common, both among exercisers and non-exercisers alike. There's something about all the tendons and ligaments and muscles intersecting (and the fact that our knees have to support our entire body) that makes it vulnerable to injury. Knee osteoarthritis is one of most common among knee issues and, if you've got it, you may think exercise is out of the question.
