Plant-based foods require less water and energy to produce, compared to animal-based foods, so it's believed by many experts that if humans would eat more vegetarian foods, there would be less damage to our environment.

Your food may contain chemical residues and may be made with small amounts of chemical ingredients. These chemicals are safe at the levels you'd ingest in a normal diet, however, many people would like to know how to avoid chemicals in food.
