Looking down the barrel of a hectic month, I can already see my yoga routine getting squeezed out by school events, holiday get-togethers, and out-of-town travel. Don't let this happen to you! Let's show December who's boss!

Stretch Daily
The best way to make sure you get your recommended daily dose of yoga is to establish a short, consistent stretching routine that you can do every day, ideally soon after getting up in the morning. It's a great way to start your day and make sure that you keep enjoying yoga's benefits even when you are busy.

Be Flexible
Is your favorite yoga class a half-hour's drive away through heavy traffic? I sympathize, because mine is too. Even though I love that class, there are times when I just can't make it there and have to go with something a little easier to get to. Here's some help finding yoga options closer to your home or work so you can actually make it to class.

Take Yoga With You
Visiting family out-of-town is actually a great way to try a new yoga class on the road. Take advantage of being away from work or having grandma to watch the kids and sneak away for as much yoga as you can.
