Useful Pose #1 - Utkatasana
A certain half-squat is the exact position you take when hovering over a public toilet seat. Practice utkatasana and you'll pee worry-free.

Useful Pose #2 - Gomukhasana
Everyone loves a good back scratch, but what can you do if the itch strikes when you're all alone? Get your cow face on and you won't have to suffer.

Pose of the Week - Sugarcane Pose-Ardha Chandra Chapasana
Looking for an added challenge for your standing balances routine? (And, really, who isn't these days?) I've added in sugarcane pose, a variation of ardha chandrasana. This sequence is a real leg strengthener; you do eight poses standing on one leg before switching over to the other side. Since balance poses are good for building core strength, your abs get a workout too. Feel free to adapt the number of breaths in each pose to suit your level.
