From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise
I've been reading a variety of statistics about weight gain over the holidays and I've found that, first, I really need some new reading material and that, second, most people only gain an extra pound or two this time of year. That doesn't sound so bad, except that this extra weight tends to hang around for no obvious reason. Kind of like my cat, except less belligerent. What about you? Do you gain weight this time of year and, if not, how do you keep things in check? Discuss amongst yourselves.
