Since I realized this week that I have some questions about rapid cycling, I figured two things: (1) Many of you may have the same questions, and (2) I know just who to ask: my readers. So I've put together both a poll and an opportunity for you to share what rapid cycling is like for you and how it affects your life. Approved stories will become a permanent part of About Bipolar Disorder and will continue to help others who have questions.

If you are a confirmed rapid cycler, what's it like for you? Talk about how often your moods change, the impact of rapid cycling on your life, how severe the changes are, or anything else you want to say.

How Often Do You Cycle?
Rapid cycling by definition runs anywhere from four mood swings a year to more than one cycle in a day. While I've generally been a slow cycler, lately I've been having shifts between good and bad days often even to wonder if it's actually cycling or just, well, good and bad days. So how often do you cycle? I've got a poll for you.
