From Marcia Purse, your Guide to Bipolar Disorder
Since I posted the blog below about nonexercise, I've been trying to get more of it myself. It's inspiring to know that when I clean out the cats' litter boxes, I'm doing myself some good at the same time!

"Nonexercise" Is Good for You
What's nonexercise? Around the house, it's doing dishes or filling the dishwasher. Standing while preparing food. Doing laundry. Sweeping, dusting, vacuuming - even cleaning the toilet. And Cotard's is linked to bipolar disorder.
