For example, if you suffer from dry skin, select and oil-based moisturiser that will keep your skin moist. If you have oily-skin, choose an oil-free, water-based moisturiser that won't clog your pores. 3. Drink plenty of water Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day to help with weight regulation, preventing muscle strains, keeping memory sharp and anti-ageing. 4.
