From Pam Stephan, your Guide to Breast Cancer
By now, some of you may be getting weary of all things Pink. This condition actually has a name: Pink Fatigue. It's caused by visual overstimulation of your pink ribbon receptors, brought on by seeing too many pink groceries, pink clothes, and Pink Zombies. No wait, I think those were Tiki drinks.

Pink Fatigue: Are Pretty Ribbons Really Helping End Breast Cancer?
All this pink stuff does, and has, raised funds for patient services such as free mammograms and help paying for treatments, but why hasn't it discovered the way to end breast cancer? Is Big Pharma keeping us from finding the Cure so it can profit? Or is some of the money going to the wrong place?

Pink Ribbon Donations - Making Your Money Do Good
Some of your pink ribbon purchases result in more benefits than others. Learn how to follow the money and be sure your dollars go to support the cure. Don't be afraid to ask how much, and to whom the money goes, when you make a pink purchase or donation. More about: Top-Rated Pink Ribbon Charities - Fundraising for Someone with Breast Cancer

Kim Novak Faces Early-Stage Breast Cancer
Silver screen beauty Kim Novak has been diagnosed with breast cancer. "It was caught early by a routine yearly mammogram and she is undergoing treatment," said her manager Sue Cameron. "All her doctors say she is in fantastic physical shape and should recover very well." Her treatment is expected to be minimal. It's a good thing the 77-year old actress got a routine mammogram, because the new mammogram guidelines don't require breast imaging after age 75!
