From Laura Dolson, your Guide to Low Carb Diets
A few months ago, I was railing in my blog about the proposed 2010 revision to the U.S. Dietary Guidelines. The proposed recommendations have changed very little since they began doing this in the 1970's, when they started pushing carbs and telling people to cut back on fat. To say the least, this has not been successful. Now, some scientists are openly challenging the "science" used by the committee. (I might add an ethical challenge as well!) Have a wonderful, healthy week! Laura

Scientists Fight Dietary Guidelines
