October is one of my favorite months. There's usually one last blast of warm sunshine before the wind and rain set in, and it's nice to walk along the trails and feel crisp leaves crunch beneath our feet. It's also good to return home and enjoy some of the aromas and flavors of fall.

Turkey Apple Patties
