From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays, mostly because I get to throw food. This family tradition was started by my grandmother who, when I asked her to pass me a roll, threw it down the table. I don't get to see her for Thanksgiving anymore, but she made me promise I would throw a roll every year so as to keep the tradition alive. Hey, at least I didn't ask her for a knife.

On a Thanksgiving-y note, I wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you to all of my readers. Your encouragement and support is what makes my job possible. I can't tell you how much you inspire me, so thank you and have a fabulous holiday!
