How often do you feel overwhelmed by stress? Excess unmanaged stress can drain you physically as well as emotionally, and it can also impact your productivity at work, the quality of your relationship, and your overall health and life satisfaction. It's important to take the time you need to relax, even if (especially if) your schedule doesn't easily allow for it.
