I confess that I've given some bad exercise advice in my day. Before I became a personal trainer, my co-workers would ask for advice on how to exercise. I told them to do what I was doing - 2 hours of cardio every day with a very confused weight training program every now and then. Clearly, I had no idea what I was doing back then (and I sincerely hope none of them took my advice), but bad advice still runs rampant these days. Have you ever gotten bad exercise advice? Or maybe, like me, you've given bad advice without realizing it. Either way, share your story - I'm sure we could all use a good laugh these days.
