This week I'll share some of the symptoms that might occur when your body is deficient in certain vitamins. I'm also looking for your tips on how you make sure you drink enough water every day.

Vitamin C Deficiency
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that needs to be replenished daily. If you don't eat enough foods that contain vitamin C, you may suffer from a vitamin C deficiency.

Vitamin B6 Deficiency
Vitamin B6 is a member of the B complex family of vitamins. You need vitamin B6 for normal nervous system function, healthy red blood cells and for protein metabolism.

Vitamin B12 Deficiency
Vitamin B12 is found in foods of animal origin like meat, poultry, fish, eggs and dairy products. Strict vegans and people who have trouble absorbing B12 may suffer from deficiency symptoms.
