How important is intensity when it comes to your workouts? If you look at scientific studies (and, if you want something to help you fall asleep faster, I would recommend these for bedtime reading), vigorous exercise is better for burning more calories, losing abdominal fat, protecting your heart and it occasionally washes, folds and puts away your laundry.
