How To Manage Stress

From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management
Spring has just recently sprung in my neck of the woods, but the time to prepare for summer is now, diet and fitness-wise. The reason I bring up summer fitness in a stress newsletter is that stress can be a factor for both diet and exercise--when we're stressed, we tend to have less-healthy habits in these two areas, and yet both exercise and a healthy diet can be used to relieve stress. This newsletter brings you tools and tips to help you maintain fitness and healthy eating habits (even if you're stressed) so you'll feel more ready for spring, summer...or whatever comes your way! -Elizabeth
