Do you have a little voice in your head that likes to tell you how much you suck all the time? I hope so, but only because that means I'm not the only crazy person out there.

The voice inside my head is always nagging me about this and that - I should've worked out longer, I shouldn't have had that glass of wine, I should've eaten more broccoli. This voice? Needs to get a life.

If you have the same problem, I have some thoughts on the subject. I haven't figured out how to completely shut that inner critic up, but there are ways to lower the volume.
