This week I want to talk about reading food labels and talk a bit about healthy grocery shopping.

Have a great week!

Do You Read Food Labels?
How often do you look at food labels when you shop? There's a lot of good information there, although I have to admit some parts of the Nutrition Facts labels can be a bit tricky if you're not careful.

Shopping for Groceries
Shopping for groceries can be time-consuming and expensive. But if you don't buy groceries, you're more likely to end up eating fast foods or ordering a pizza.

Planning Healthy Meals for One or Two People
When you live alone or as a couple, it's often easier to choose foods that are convenient. And for just one or two people, it may not seem much more expensive just to order take-out most nights or grab a couple of frozen dinners from the grocery store.

Don't Let Tricky Food Label Claims Food You
Food manufacturers like to entice you to buy their products so they use bright colors on the packages, inviting photos of the products and they may make some sort of nutritional or health claim on the label.
