Pose of the Week - Corpse Pose - Savasana
Although all you really need for savasana is a space where you can lie down on the floor, there are a few props that can help you make this pose more comfortable and relaxing. Even if you just do a short practice at home, try to get in the habit of taking a few minutes in corpse pose to let your body absorb the benefits of your practice before going on with your day.
