If you've ever joined the wrong gym, you pretty much know right away. Your first clue is if you never, ever go, despite the bills you get in the mail each month.

A gym can be wrong for many reasons - Wrong location, wrong type of services, wrong hours or just a wrong vibe. Whatever it is, we often blame ourselves for not going without realizing what's actually standing in our way. Exercise is hard enough...If you have to drive miles out of your way or wait in line for every machine, that just adds to your demotivation.
