From Cory Silverberg, your Guide to Sexuality
How would you define real sex? It's not a question you may have thought of. After all if you're having sex it's probably not on camera or in front of a crowd and whether you'd call it good or bad, you probably call it real. What about sex in porn? If both people are acting, and everything is staged for your arousal, is that any realer than a staged fight in a Hollywood movie? What about sex where you faked an orgasm? Was that real? This week's newsletter is all about sex on film, some of it is presented as real, some of it isn't. The neat thing is that the intellectual steps to deciding which is which offers you some insight into your own, very real, sexuality. Happy viewing. ~ Cory
