I have no wish to deprive the little ghouls and goblins that knock on our door on Halloween, but I do like to offer alternative treats, too. Find out how to tame the candy monsters on Halloween with some other naturally fat-free treats. Plus, if I'm honest, the less candy my own kids bring home, the less tempted I will be to "help" them consume it.
