  • 85% of cancers are entirely avoidable
  • Beware: Lyme disease is rising in numbers

  • Little-known forbidden remedies that can change your life today!

85% of Cancers are Entirely Avoidable

*** The World Health Organisation (WHO) has revealed that 85 per cent of adult cancers are entirely avoidable and, of these, around half are related to nutritional deficiencies in the Western diet.

*** A Brigham Young University study found that a combination of 30 minutes of cardio exercise a day along with a switch to a healthier diet dropped the participants' health risks for:

  • diabetes

  • cancer

  • and heart disease dramatically in just 6 weeks!

  • ..And that's just generally eating well...

    In this groundbreaking 267-page book, you will discover how adding the power of individual and specific foods to your diet can have a dramatic effect on your life and your health.

    Beware: Lyme Disease is Rising in Numbers

    Dear Reader,

    It's not quite the same kind of attack Alfred Hitchcock would dream up, but birds are causing quite a stir. And you could be in very real danger... even if you live in an area that used to be safe.

    Safe from Lyme disease, that is.

    Numbers are on the up

    New research from the Yale School of Public Health, in the US, warns us that more than 70 species of North American birds can be infected by the black-legged tick — the primary carrier of Lyme disease.

    In the UK, the proportion of birds carrying the disease and the location of "disease hotspots" are still being studied. The UK Health Protection Agency (HPA) notes that over 50 per cent of reported cases have been in the south of England and known areas of infection include the New Forest, East Anglia, the West Country, the Welsh uplands and the Scottish Highlands.

    And that's probably one of the reasons the number of Lyme cases has exploded over the past two decades — and why cases are now being reported in areas that were thought to be well outside the tick's range. Reported cases of Lyme disease, in the UK, have risen dramatically from 292 in 2003 to 768 in 2006 and unreported cases are estimated to be 1000-2000 per year.

    Having lived in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic in the US all my life, I've always known to look out for ticks. But if you lived out of the tick's range, in the US or UK, you probably didn't give it much thought.

    But now you have to.

    Spotting the signs

    The symptoms of Lyme can easily mimic the flu or a cold, so if you live in a previously 'Lyme-free zone', you would probably write it off as that and spend a few days in bed. But that can really cost you. So, here's what to watch for:

    * A red circle or "bulls eye" rings around a tick bite (many patients never experience this symptom)
    * Headache
    * Fatigue
    * Swollen lymph glands
    * Muscle and joint stiffness

    And keep in mind that, because it hasn't been common where you live, your doctor might not be thinking "Lyme" either.

    When I say a misdiagnosis can cost you, I've seen it first–hand. A while ago, I told you about my friend Kathy who was diagnosed with the flu in late spring. But it wasn't flu, it was Lyme disease. When her doctors finally made the correct diagnosis, Kathy required hospitalization to receive an aggressive round of intravenous antibiotics.

    In other words, don't take this disease lightly. When advanced, it can do great harm to your heart and nervous system, sometimes prompting depression, chronic pain, meningitis, and even death.

    Naturally, you're at greatest risk of exposure if you spend time outdoors — especially in areas that are wild and overgrown. Certain jobs, such as landscaping, forestry, farming, park and wildlife management, etc., increase Lyme infection risk.

    But it turns out nowhere is really safe. Squirrels, mice, and other small animals can also bring ticks into your house. One way to prevent this is to avoid the use of bird feeders during Lyme season's prime time — late spring and early summer, when food is plentiful for birds and wild animals anyway.

    ...and another thing

    If your husband, father, brother, uncle, or son is diagnosed with prostate cancer, it's time to turn up the TLC to heroic levels.

    Especially in the first few days.

    Researchers from Sweden's Karolinska Institute examined 45 years of health and death records for more than 168,000 men with prostate cancer.

    Results showed that in the first year after a prostate cancer diagnosis, the patient's risk of suicide and cardiovascular events rise. The increase in suicides was modest, but risk of cardiovascular events doubled during the first year.

    The first week is especially critical. In those first few days, risk of a fatal cardio event may be as much as ten times higher than normal. Suicide risk is also highest during that first week.

    And don't imagine that younger men will handle the diagnosis with greater ease than older men. Researchers found that rates of suicides and fatal cardio events were actually higher among younger patients.
