Unlike moms on Mother's Day, it seems that dads generally don't get breakfast in bed on Father's Day. So here are some ideas for treating Dad to a home-cooked Father's Day dinner instead.

10 Low Fat Fruit Recipes
I can wax lyrical about the nutritional value of a whole rainbow of fruits, and go on and on about vitamin C, antioxidants, and so on, but at the end of the day, you should eat a variety of fruits because they simply taste good, especially when in season. As we enter the season of nectarines, cherries, blueberries and more, here are 10 low fat recipes making good use of fabulous late spring and summer fruit.

Caesar Salad
Caesar salads can be huge fat traps with their creamy dressings and deep-fried croutons. Not this one. Make your own tangy, low fat Caesar salad dressing, and use either fat-free croutons from the grocery store or bake your own using day-old bread coated with a little nonstick cooking spray.
