This week I'd like to repeat an exercise that we have done in the past called the Positive Thinking Challenge. Detailed instructions follow at the link, but basically it involves reading a short article about strategies to short-circuit negative thinking, applying them to your life for a week and then reporting back to the group about whether it made a difference in how you feel.
