Do You Have a Similar Experience? -- Late Night Eating
Some time ago I asked for your experiences about what is the most annoying about having GERD. One writer said:
"The most difficult part of living with GERD for me is the lifestyle in the place where I live (South America). We eat around ten at night! I can work around that when at home, but dinner invitations are a problem. On top of it, strong coffee, red wine, and pop are the drinks offered when out socially. All stuff I like, but no good for my stomach."
