First of all, thanks to all of you who wrote thoughtful reviews of your favorite low fat/light ice creams. On balance, most of you seem to enjoy Edy's/Dreyer's Slow Churned ice creams, but there are some other great options out there, too. So thanks for offering your opinions. This week, I'd love to know what you like to make for dinner when it's too hot to cook (see below).

Quinoa is a great alternative grain if you're looking for something other than rice, pasta or couscous, for it's equally versatile, acting as a great base for pilafs and salads. it's also perfect for people who need to eat gluten free.
