If you've never looked in the mirror and frowned over that extra bit of fat hanging over your hips/abs/thighs/butt/etc., I'd like to nominate you as King or Queen of the world. It's a big responsibility, but if you're that self-possessed, you can handle it.

For the rest of us, it takes some work to accept those parts of our bodies that will never be perfect, but I'm convinced it can be done - something I'm talking about this week in my latest blog. And, if all else fails, you can always blame your parents for those genetically inherited flaws, right? That's what I do. (sorry, Mom)
