These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions. | Chair Yoga Poses Chair adaptations of poses like pigeon, eagle, reverse warrior, and more, sequenced for home practice. | Yoga Stretches at Your Desk This series of poses is designed to release the tension in the neck and shoulders that comes from working at a desk all day. Taking a break to do these stretches a few times a day will improve your posture and help prevent repetitive stress injuries | Pose of the Week - Lunge Blink during your sun salutation, and you might miss this week's featured pose, the lunge. I'm a big fan of this pose for the way that it gets into your hip flexors.
