My 'kids' are some of the laziest I've ever seen - Maybe because they're actually cats who are genetically predisposed to sleeping 23 hours a day. I'm told that human children can also be hard to rouse from their various electronic devices, which reminds me of how old I am and how the only electronic device I had growing up was an Atari, which was strictly monitored by my mother. These days, parents have to deal with all kinds of issues that weren't present when they were kids and I talk about a few ideas for what to do about the fitness factor in this week's issue.
