Get a New Perspective on Downward Dog in Dolphin
This week's pose is dolphin, which is basically downward dog with the forearms on the floor. Dolphin provides a great alternative pose if you need to take some weight off the wrists and forearms. It's also a good way to work on core strength and prepare for forearm stand.
