Every five years, the USDA comes out with new Dietary Guidelines, and then comes up with an educational symbol to teach people about it. There have been some real duds in the past - is the new "plate" any better? I'm interested in what people think. Also, there was news about our arteries last week - that science showing that low-carb diets are safe and effective just keeps on a-coming! Have a great week! Laura
