From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise
The frustrating thing about weight loss is that it isn't always a linear process. You may have a good week where you eat vegetables like it's your job, get in all your workouts and do everything right.

Then, something goes wrong. Your boss turns into a crazed slave driver who makes you work long hours, you eat and drink your way through a vacation, or maybe you get sick and can't do your workouts.

The trick is not to wait for things to get 'back to normal' because, well, does anyone really know what that is? (If so, let me know...I've always been curious about that) The real trick is to remember that the weight loss process will change depending on what's happening in your life and we have to learn how to adjust our expectations. That's rather philosophical for a Monday, but that's what I'm talking about this week.
