From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise
"Man, you're going to be so old." That's what my husband said during a recent conversation about my upcoming birthday and, to show him just how old I was, I launched my body up, turned in mid-air and did a swinging jumpkick, dropping him to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Okay, not really, but I did make an ugly face at him.

What I do know about getting older is that high intensity pounding isn't as fun as it used to be. The problem is, we often think we have to sacrifice intensity when we do low impact exercise. Luckily, that isn't the case, which you'll find in my latest workout. Enjoy and have a great week!
