From Elizabeth Woolley, your Guide to Type 2 Diabetes
One of the best sources for diabetes information is from other people with diabetes just like YOU. You may not know it, but you may have something to share that will make a difference in someone's life. Today I am asking you to share your knowledge and experience with us. If you don't have anything to contribute at this time, but are interested in the answers, then check these pages later.

Share Diabetes Phone Apps
I personally have not found any diabetes phone apps that have made my life easier. Perhaps I just haven't found the right app. Please share your diabetes phone app discoveries. Have you found apps that make it easier to stay with your diabetes diet and exercise programs? Please share!

Sugar Substitutes and You
As diabetics, sugar substitutes are encountered almost daily. Do you welcome them, avoid them, or stand somewhere in between? Why?

Alternative Diets Anyone?
Have you tried using raw food, whole foods, or a vegan or vegetarian diet to control diabetes? How did it work for you? Would you recommend it to others?

Is Raw Food a Cure for Diabetes?
Have you heard of raw food? Gabriel Cousens has and he wrote a book called "There is a Cure for Diabetes." Have you read this book or tried a raw food diet? Even if you haven't, do you think it is possible? I have provided a link to my own review for more information.
