From Laura Dolson, your Guide to Low Carb Diets
It's always interesting to me to watch the numbers of people clicking on my site at this time of year, because it is so dramatic. The line on the graph starts to ease down at the beginning of November. By December, it goes into a nose-dive, with the lowest day being Christmas Day. Then, today, the numbers will start to grow again, until in a week I'll see the highest numbers of the year! It's kind of crazy! People abandon their healthy way of eating around the holidays, and then start with a vengeance after! Of course, I don't advocate this approach, but if you're gearing up to reboot, here are some things you can do. Have a great week! Laura
