For many, the next week looks to be one of the year's busiest, as you shop for last minute gifts, rush to the airport, attend year-end parties, all while dealing bad weather. 10 Minutes of Stretching
This is my go-to sequence for daily stretching. It hits all my major hot spots (spine, hips, and hamstrings) and can be over quickly when you're in a hurry or expanded when you have more time.

If you find yourself seated on the plane and your realize you never got to do your yoga this week, don't despair. There are still a few stretches you can do, even in a middle seat. It's a great way to diffuse the stress of travel and prepare yourself for a week with the family.

Pose of the Week - Cat - Cow in a Chair

Cat- Cow Stretch in a Chair

Do you feel like you're looking down the barrel of the most hectic week of your life? If your regular yoga class should fall by the wayside as you deal with last minute shopping, festive meal preparation, and holiday partying (all while your kids are out of school) here's a pose you can do anytime you happen to be seated: cat - cow in a chair. Do it at your computer, while stuck in traffic, at the school concert, in front of the TV, where ever. You'll relieve tension with every stretch.
