No matter which holiday you celebrate, much of the emphasis is on food. It can be hard to resist temptation and we often end up eating much more than we intend. Yet it is possible to shave fat and calories from many dishes and sweets, which will help. And if we practice portion control, then we can enjoy a little bit of everything we fancy.
