No matter which holiday you celebrate, much of the emphasis is on food. It can be hard to resist temptation and we often end up eating much more than we intend. Yet it is possible to shave fat and calories from many dishes and sweets, which will help. And if we practice portion control, then we can enjoy a little bit of everything we fancy. Wherever you are and whatever you celebrate, I wish you a happy and healthy holiday!

Last-Minute Low Fat Christmas Tips
Navigating the holidays without overeating can be hard. So many chips, dips, drinks, dinners, cookies, cakes and sweets. So many calories and so much fat and sugar. Well, a little bit of what you fancy won't hurt, but the emphasis here is on "a little."
