A Study That Baffles Me

Bah, Humbug!
I wrote this installment of my online journal about 7 months after being diagnosed bipolar. I was sure I had Seasonal Affective Disorder then; later I figured out that wasn't true, that it was the approach of Christmas that triggered my yearly depression. Regardless, the steps I suggest are good ones for anyone in either situation.
