"How much carbohydrate should I eat?" is one of the most common questions I get. Different popular diets will tell you different amounts of carb, but I don't like to do this, because everyone is different. This week I bring you some tips for finding what is best for you. Also, some help with "fat phobia" -- some people try to follow a plan which is low in both fats and carbs, which I strongly discourage. Have a healthy week! Laura

Same thing, only for vegetables. Did you know that people usually double or triple the amount of vegetables they eat when they go low-carb?
