In a perfect world, perfection would be not only possible, but actually attainable (at the least by those of us who are, by nature, perfectionists). The annoying thing about the world we live in is that it isn't perfect. Even more annoying: We aren't perfect either and never is that more apparent than when it comes to exercise and weight loss.

There will be imperfect moments - Missed workouts, injuries, illnesses, sugar cravings, parties, travel...all of which can throw you off track and make you believe you're a failure when, in reality, you're just like the rest of us.
