From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise
We know intellectually that the weight loss process can be slow and that it requires a commitment we have to make every day. Yet, that doesn't stop us from having expectations...sometimes, unrealistic expectations.

It's easy to wake up in the morning and visualize yourself working out and eating right. Everything always looks bright and shiny in the morning when you have energy and hope. And then life happens - Work, kids, chores, errands, and, suddenly, all those expectations go right out the fast food drive thru window.

It helps to know what you really expect of yourself and to noodle over whether those expectations are realistic. That's what I'm talking about this week, although your mind might be on Valentine's Day. That's okay...I expected that.
