From Laura Dolson, your Guide to Low Carb Diets
It's National Nutrition Month, so it seems appropriate to devote a newsletter to low-carb nutrition. Cutting carbs, of course, does not guarantee that you are eating a nutritious diet! Here are some tips to help you make sure you're eating a diet that is high in nutrients as well as low in carbs. Plus, there is a lot of misuse of the word "carbohydrate" in the media which is confusing people (and bugging me), so I try to clarify. Have a healthy week! Laura

You may hear a diet guru or nutritionist say that a low-carb diet can't be nutritionally complete. This just isn't the case. 12 Complete Low-Carb Menus
These menus are meant to be a jumping-off place for you, as examples of healthy low-carb menus that have a day's worth of all the essential nutrients and fiber - the caveat being that they often lack vitamin D and calcium.
