Higher Vitamin D Dose Needed?
A new study shows that adults may need remarkably higher intakes of vitamin D in order to fight off major diseases like diabetes and cancer. Published in the journal Anticancer Research, the study suggests that upping your vitamin D dose. Currently, the recommended dietary allowance for vitamin D is 600 IU for most adults.
