I send today's newsletter with a heavy heart as I contemplate the new spring workouts I've created along with the temperature here in the Midwest: 29 degrees. The words 'spring' and '29 degrees' don't play well with one another and should probably be permanently separated but, until Mother Nature comes back from her vacation, many of us will have to deal with a very cold spring. Maybe my new workouts will cheer you up, if you're experiencing a cold snap. If not, I recommend a last minute vacation somewhere close to the equator.
