A reader recently asked me about antioxidants. She wants to know what they are good for.

Mediterranean Diet and Heart Health
Research shows the Mediterranean diet, which is high in fruits and vegetables, whole-grains, low-fat dairy, fish, nuts and legumes is good for your heart.

Should I Cut Back On Salt?
According to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2010, a bunch of us should be limiting our sodium intake to less than 1,500 milligrams (mg) per day.
