Right after I was diagnosed, the first survivor I met was a 10-year survivor! She looked very healthy and was a pillar of strength and information. She inspired me to get out of my pity party and work on planning my future.

My 9-Year Cancerversary
On March 20, I became a 9-year breast cancer survivor! I must admit, that is a very good feeling. But I'm not unique - after all, there are about 2.5 million breast cancer survivors right now. More and more of us are celebrating our freedom from cancer.

Breast Cancer Pain: Symptoms and Statistics
Breast cancer is a sneaky disease that may not always cause breast pain. On the other hand, benign breast lumps can cause breast pain. Some days, it's hard to know when to worry and when to just have a chocolate bon-bon and get on with life.

Fibrocystic Changes - A Benign Breast Condition
Fibrocystic changes in your breasts can make both breasts painful or tender. It may feel alarming, but it's not cancer! You can use some home care for the pain or see your doctor. There's no extra brownie points for enduring breast pain with (or without!) complaining, so just get help.
