Yoga is supposed to feel good, right? Well, it usually does, but sometimes it can cause muscle soreness and cramping as you strengthen neglected areas of the body. These temporary pains are generally not serious injuries and can be treated with a little TLC, but if the pain continues over a period of time, a trip to your doctor may be in order.
