As home workout videos go, there are tons of choices, but the most challenging would have to be P90X (or, as my husband says, "A bunch of pushups and pullups...with some other exercises thrown in") and the Insanity Workout Series (which totally lives up to its name). If you want structured and challenging workouts you can do at home or on the road, check out my reviews to get the details on what they're all about. Warning: These workouts may cause your spouse/significant other to regularly flex his/her muscles and shout (possibly hysterically), "Check out these guns!"
